How do I create an account?

Download RobinWood from Google Play, open the app, and tap "Sign Up." You can register with your email, Google account, or Apple ID. Fill in your name, phone number, and date of birth to complete your profile.

Is RobinWood free to use?

Yes, RobinWood is completely free to download and use. All core features — including the job board, marketplace, invoicing, chat, events, and appointments — are available at no cost.

How do I post a job listing?

Navigate to the Employment Center tab in the Marketplace section. Tap the "+" button and fill in the job details including title, description, category, job type, and requirements. Your listing will be visible to all users immediately.

How do I create and send an invoice?

Go to the Invoices section from your profile. Tap "Create Invoice," add a client (or create one), fill in project details and materials, then generate your PDF. You can send it directly via email from within the app.

Can I sell tools and equipment?

Yes! Go to the Marketplace tab and tap the "+" button to create a new product listing. Add photos, a description, price, and category. Your listing will appear in the marketplace for other professionals to browse.

How do I set up appointment reminders?

When creating an appointment, you can set a reminder time (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 1 day before). The app will send a local notification at your chosen time. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.

How do I create a professional profile?

From the Marketplace section, go to the "Specialized Technicians," "Lawyers," or "Companies" tab. Tap the "+" button and fill in your professional details including specialties, experience, skills, and contact information.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@robinwoodapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 7 business days.

How do I report inappropriate content?

You can report any post, profile, or listing by tapping the three-dot menu (⋮) on the content and selecting "Report." Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action in accordance with our community guidelines.
