By downloading, installing, or using the RobinWood mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

By posting content, you grant RobinWood a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.
The App facilitates connections between buyers and sellers of trade tools and equipment. RobinWood is not a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Transactions are conducted at your own risk. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the sale of goods.
RobinWood does not guarantee employment or the accuracy of job listings posted by users. Job posters are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Applicants are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job opportunities. RobinWood is not an employer and is not responsible for employment decisions made by users.
The invoice and quote generation tools are provided as a convenience. RobinWood does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legal compliance of any invoices or financial documents you create using the App. RobinWood is not liable for any financial disputes arising from documents generated through the App.
Users who create professional profiles (including technical professionals, lawyers, and companies) are responsible for the accuracy of their credentials, certifications, and licensing information. RobinWood does not verify professional credentials and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by professionals listed on the platform.
The App, including its design, logos, features, and code, is owned by RobinWood and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RobinWood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RobinWood, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the App, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email address below.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
